The Avengers actress was dining with her man Nate Naylor at NYC's Joe Allen Restaurant when she ran into her mother, Melanie Sloan.

Men In Black III was knocked off of the top box office spot in America by Snow White and the Huntsman, but the Will Smith movie is still king in Japan.
The sci-fi comedy has topped the Asian country's box office for a second weekend in a row with $19 million, just $9 million short of what the movie made domestically.
While America's response to the long-awaited sequel has only been moderate, the movie is a major blockbuster in the foreign market and has raked in nearly $275 million overseas in just two weeks!
